When will my order arrive?

Shipping time is based on all shipping options selected. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information the next day, the information is usually available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are no other to delays caused by customs departments in your country.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are shipped from our global warehouses. Please be patient with the processing of orders during the holidays and sale periods.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed between two and three business days from the day of the order and will be shipped the day after the day of processing. Please note that we do not make deliveries on weekends.

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, contact us within thirty days of receiving your order. Provide us with an order number and a reason for the return. Our customer service will see the return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

What if the product(s) I receive are damaged/wrong/damaged?
