What to do when I am missing products from my order?

If anything from your package is missing, please contact us immediately.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are shipped from our global warehouses. Please be patient with the processing of orders during the holidays and sale periods.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed between two and three business days from the day of the order and will be shipped the day after the day of processing. Please note that we do not make deliveries on weekends.

Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking confirmation within five business days of the day you successfully completed your payment.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices shown on our website are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may be liable for what you are charged and taxes once you receive your order.

You may be charged import taxes, duties and customs charges once your order reaches its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

The payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be paid by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, contact us within thirty days of receiving your order. Provide us with an order number and a reason for the return. Our customer service will see the return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

What if the product(s) I receive are damaged/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received an incorrect, missing, or damaged product. Please include your order number, a picture of the product(s) and any other related reference before receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your situation as soon as possible.

What is the length of the returns process?

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your hold has been taken.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be accepted to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the bank that issued the card within 7-10 business days or receipt of the returned product or cancellation request.
